How to Update Email | Phone

  • Any updation of contact details including but not limited to Name of Authorised Person, Contact Email, Phone Number shall be effected only if updated through the use of Email Updation form duly authenticated by the property holder under his/her hands. Download contact updation form
  • The said form shall have to be submitted at the Office of the Notified Area Authority, Vapi at Plot No.C-5/101, GIDC Admin Building, Char Rasta, GIDC, Vapi – 396195 during office hours from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • After appropriate scrutiny of the said form as the Chief Officer, may deem fit, would either approve or reject the updation. Any such action shall be made without assigning any reasons for the same. The decision of the Chief Officer of Notified Area Authority, Vapi in this matter would be final.
  • The Email and Mobile Number shall be used to contact the respective property holder in case of any official communication, and by providing the mobile number and / or email ID, the property holder would thereby agree to allow official communication through these official modes of communication under the Green Initiative of the Notified Area Authority, Vapi.
